Best Western Plus The Inn at St. Albert awarded 2018 Outstanding Customer Service Award of Distinction

Best Western Plus The Inn at St. Albert was recognized with the 2018 Outstanding Customer Service Award of Distinction from the 2018 Small Business Week presented by the St. Albert & District Chamber of Commerce.

The Outstanding Customer Service award, sponsored by True North Heating & Cooling, is given to a company for their commitment to and the delivery of exceptional customer service. The company must be in business for a minimum of three years and have a St. Albert business license. The award is judged on commitment, training, effectiveness, and innovation.  Held in late October, the Chamber organizes this national week locally to recognize small business success and its important contributions to our community. 

“We had more than 100 nominations in eight categories. There were 75 finalists and that’s a record for us,” said Jennifer McCurdy, president and CEO of St. Albert and District Chamber of Commerce.  Best Western Plus The Inn at St. Albert won their award of distinction from the 13 other businesses nominated for the Outstanding Customer Service award category.

A huge congratulations to our entire team at Best Western Plus The Inn at St. Albert on their win.  After being nominated for the third year in a row since 2015, the team is proud to be this years recipient.
