Edmonton, AB April 4, 2018 — The Best Western Plus Drayton Valley All Suites in Drayton Valley, AB received the Champion Customer Care Award and Champion RevPAR Award at Best Western® Hotels & Resorts’ District II Meeting held recently in Portland, Oregon. The award was presented in front of several hundred District II Best Western hoteliers from Alaska, Yukon, British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota.
The Champion Customer Care Award is bestowed upon those member properties that demonstrate and best exemplify exceptional levels of service and care. The Champion RevPAR Award is earned by the property in each district with the most improved Revenue Per Available Room. Hotels must also meet quality and design standards and other membership requirements to qualify for each award.
The Best Western Plus Drayton Valley All Suites was one of only three properties out of more than 2,100 properties in the U.S. and Canada to receive both designations this year.
